Question 1: Can I build or customise my gift box?
Answer: You sure can!

Question 2: Where do you ship to?
Answer: We currently ship Australia wide.
Question 3: How long does standard shipping usually take?
Answer: If your recipient lives in the Sydney metro area, estimated time is 1-2 business days and everywhere else is 2-5 business days, but due to the impact Covid-19 has had on postal services, additional delays may occur (we apologise in advance if this does happen).
Question 4: What if no one is home to collect the gift box?
Answer: All our gift hampers have ‘Authority To Leave’ and do not require a signature.
If there is no one available to receive the gift hamper, it will either be left in a safe place, or a card will be left, and the gift hamper can be picked up from the nearest Post Office within two weeks. This is the safest delivery option for apartments or locations where there is no one there during business hours and there is no safe place to leave the gift hamper.
Question 5: What if my order arrives damaged?
Answer: We put in extreme care and love with every single box packaged by us personally but unfortunately on the odd occasion damage could occur when the gift box is in transit. Contact us here or email email@example.com with a photo of any of the damaged goods and we will either replace the item or gift box or offer a full refund depending on the situation.
Question 6: Do you take corporate and custom bulk orders?
