Question 1: Can I build or customise my gift box?
Answer: You sure can! Contact us directly here or email email@example.com with the details of what you are after and we will be in touch asap.
We hope to have this function available online in the near future.
Question 2: Where do you ship to?
Answer: We currently ship Australia wide.
Question 3: How long does standard shipping usually take?
Answer: If your recipient lives in the Sydney metro area, 1-2 business days. However our courier service is pretty great nation-wide so 2-3 business days everywhere else, but due to the impact Covid-19 has had on postal services, additional delays may occur (we apologise in advance if this does happen).
Question 4: Can I get express delivery on my order?
Answer: Unfortunately, we can only offer express delivery on orders within Sydney metro area.
Please note: Due to COVID-19, there can be delays in delivery to Perth and Tasmania.
Question 5: What if no one is home to collect the gift box?
Answer: All our gift hampers have ‘Authority To Leave’ and do not require a signature.
If there is no one available to receive the gift hamper, it will either be left in a safe place, or a card will be left, and the gift hamper can be picked up from the nearest Post Office within two weeks. This is the safest delivery option for apartments or locations where there is no one there during business hours and there is no safe place to leave the gift hamper.
Question 6: What if my order arrives damaged?
Answer: We put in extreme care and love with every single box packaged by us personally but unfortunately on the odd occasion damage could occur when the gift box is in transit. Contact us here or email firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of any of the damaged goods and we will either replace the item or gift box or offer a full refund depending on the situation.
